A Master CREIA Inspector, CREIA Inspector of the Year , for 2004 , is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University , Pomona , with a Bachelors of Science degree, in Business Communications. Darryl has been in the inspection industry full-time since 1996. His background includes several years in the re-modeling and construction industry, prior to starting in the inspection profession. Darryl is the immediate past President of the Orange County CREIA Chapter, and currently is the CREIA State Regional Director, CREIA State Membership Chair, CREIA State Educational Committee Member, and is an ASHI Inspector Member. Darryl has personally performed over 3000 inspections on residential and commercial properties.

A Certified CREIA Inspector , is a graduate of UCLA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  Sam has also completed coursework from the Anderson Graduate School of Management, UCLA.  Sam has been in the inspection industry since 2002, and brings 20 years experience in building scale models for home builders, architects, engineers, developers and trial attorneys, including models detailing construction methods and defects.  Sam has personally performed over 900 inspections on residential and commercial properties.

A Master CREIA Inspector and CREIA New Construction Specialist, is a licensed general contractor in California. Joey is an ICBO/ICC certified 1&2 Family Dwelling Inspector in all four disciplines; Building, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing. Joey has extensive experience working in residential and commercial construction. Joey is a past president of the Orange County CREIA chapter and recently served as the chairperson for CAMP, a mentoring program for new inspectors in CREIA. Joey has personally performed over 3000 inspections on residential and commercial properties.
